Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

  • A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Clearance or final sale products

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Products damaged by misuse or mishandling

Return Process

  1. Contact ventur@ventur.sbs with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will provide return instructions and the return address.

  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our mistake.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Provide photos, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
